I recently had my AC replaced by Breezeways. The owner of the company personally emailed me a thank you for my business. I found everyone i worked with in this company to be friendly and customer focused. From Rudy the technician to Cuas and Robert installing the machine. The salesman David was very helpful and he even came to the installation to make sure everything went well. They have done a wonderful job on the installation have continued to make sure I am happy after the installation. The service i have recieved was really fast. Every time i called, someone was out to my house within a very short time frame. Rudy came out the same day when i called to have my air vents adjusted to more evenly cool my home. They even videotaped the crane lifting my new AC to the roof and sent me the video. I would recommend Breezeways to anybody looking to work with a quality company with a reasonable price.

After calling several local HVAC companies to perform an annual service on my A/C unit and being told there was up to a month wait before a service call could be scheduled, I contacted Breezeways and discovered that they would be able to send a technician out the same week. The technician, Rudy, was personable, informative, and very professional. I used an Angie’s List coupon for the visit and was so very happy with the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderfully responsive local business!

Wonderful experience at every level. Dave the salesman was professional and knowledgeable, the installers were quick and efficient. The pricing for the unit was in line with, if not less than, others who provided me quotes. When all was done, Dave came by to make sure everything was good and noted a tear in my new electronic filter and had it replaced in a timely manner.

My air conditioner was old and loud (outside my bedroom window) and could go at any time so I decided to be proactive considering they usually go in the hottest part of the summer. I called Breezeways, they had been referred by a friend. The appointment was with Cesar, he arrived on time, checked out my unit, heat pump, and then we sat down to discuss my options. He was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, had a brochure explaining the business, what size unit needed, prices, and financing options. I purchased an air conditioner/heat pump that has a steam humidifier attached (perfect for AZ winter), they installed, took away the old a/c, heat pump, and left my house neat and clean. I also have a maintenance contract to service the unit every six months, plus a 10 year warranty.

Mona, the Office Manager, followed up with a call a couple days later to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend calling Breezeways to purchase a new unit or services to your unit.

Breezeway have installed and have in charge the regular maintenance of my AC system (bi-split system) – they are very professional and reliable – their maintenance contract is perfect, their fares are fair; their technicians are experimented and do not mind to give you all necessary information; they don’t charge anything that’s not needed; their work is neat and clean and the employee very kind and polite. I live in France but I have my mind in peace knowing that if anything would go wrong on my AC, I will just have to call them and have them to go to check what’s wrong. They also do a very good follow up after any installation or intervention. I would greatly recommend BREEZEWAYS to anyone in need of a AC/heating company.

A/C went out down stairs, call to Chas Roberts they could not fit us in until July 11th, Called Breezeway AC with in 2 hours the tech was out at my house with in 1 a minute he knew what was wrong with the unit (capacitor blew), and he had the parts to fix it. I was getting quote’s to install a New Split/AC system in our home. Several other AC installation companies had come out to my house and quoted me over 5k to install the AC system for a basic 4 ton 13 sheer unit. They also wanted me to upgrade my electrical panel which would have been an added expense in order to be able to do the job. Until I came across BreezeWays I talk to *** **** ******* and from the beginning it was always a pleasure to do business with him he went out of his way to fix some electrical issues that came out thru the installation and was always available when needed to answer my questions and concerns no matter of the time or day. He also was very helpful with getting permits required for the job and followed thru until everything was approved with the County. I ended up getting a 14.5 4 Ton Unit for under 5k I was very pleased with their service I’m glad I hired them for the job they prove all other companies wrong and where able to get it done with my current electrical panel Thank you so much!

I had a late afternoon callout for BreezeWays when my HVAC unit failed at my home. They arrived within 45 minutes, informed us of costs at all points of discovery, had the parts on their truck and had my unit running (although it seemed like forever due to the heat!) that same night. Even if they had been unable to repair the unit that quickly, I would have been willing to wait until the following day for them to return. Absolute confidence in their tech and his analysis of the failure and repair.

I must say, this experience from start to finish has been surprisingly pleasant. There is always a bit of apprehension when making a big purchase in a time of need and at the peak of the season, wondering if you are going to get scammed. I wish I could remember all the names. The first guy that came out for a service call promptly the following day , I shall call him Big Red..was so personable, allowed me to cry a bit when I realized I needed a new unit…just a big sweetie pie. David Farley came out a few hours later and provided a good explanation of what was available, what fit my needs and made me feel confident in my choice. The 2 installers were so hard working, quiet, respectful and assuring. What really came across during this whole process is that I was dealing with a company that prides itself in integrity, you can see it in the employees. It must be a value that is stressed often and shown to your employees in a manner that they appreciate. And to top things off..I went local!! How great is that to support local business.
